U.S. Interstate 80 East (or Interstate 80 West) to U.S. Interstate 880 South (toward San Jose); Exit at "Broadway / Alameda"; Go straight through first signal at 5th Street; Turn right at second signal on 7th Street toward Downtown Oakland and Chinatown; Turn right at Webster Street into the Webster Tube tunnel; As you exit the tunnel, stay in the left lane and when the road splits, veer left onto Marina Village Parkway.

From South Bay counties, Peninsula counties, and Southern Alameda County
U.S. Interstate 880 North; Exit at "Broadway"; Turn right at first signal onto Broadway; Turn right on 7th Street, Turn right on Webster Street into the Webster Tube tunnel; As you exit the tunnel, stay in the left lane and when the road splits, veer left onto Marina Village Parkway.

From West Contra Costa or West Alameda County
California State Highway 24 West; Exit at "12th Street / 11th Street"; Go straight through signal onto Brush Street; Turn left at 7th Street; Turn right on Webster Street into the Webster Tube tunnel; As you exit the tunnel, stay in the left lane and when the road splits, veer left onto Marina Village Parkway.
